2. Services Use
Clients must provide accurate and current information to Hexmax Creations. In cases of malpractice or unauthorized access relating to our services, we reserve the right to immediately cancel contracts and pursue legal action.
3. Terms of Payment
All payments for our services are based on individual contracts. Clients should adhere to the agreed-upon fee schedules and payment deadlines. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in service suspension or termination. Contracts may also specify penalties for delayed payments.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive and proprietary information confidential. Hexmax Creations will not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights associated with the intellectual property of software, designs, or digital assets created by Hexmax Creations remain with the company until full payment is received by the contract. Once payment is completed, ownership of the intellectual property shall be transferred to the client as stipulated in the contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hexmax Creations will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that all services will be error-free or meet individual client expectations after one draft.
7. Service Alterations and Termination
Either party may terminate this contract at any time by providing written notice to the other party at least thirty (30) days in advance. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to that date. Hexmax Creations may terminate this contract if the client fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
8. International Practices
Hexmax Creations respects and complies with the applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate: the USA, Canada, UAE, UK, and Pakistan. Clients agree that their use of our services adheres to the laws of their respective countries.
9. Terms Changes
Hexmax Creations reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
