These terms apply to everyone who uses the Hexmax Creations website or hires us for a project. By working with us you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide web development, app development, design, content and digital marketing services as described in the proposal or quote agreed with you.
2. Quotes & payments
Projects usually begin after an advance payment. Remaining payments follow the milestones in your quote. Late payments may pause work.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays on the client side may move the delivery date.
4. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Extra changes are billed separately after we agree on them with you.
5. Ownership
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages or issues caused by changes made by others after handover.
